That guy must have just set a course record, or something. Or something is more like it. Great work up in the Mac. It was a blast watching you gut out a really good race. Thanks for letting me be a part of it. Really cool stuff... The Guam Bomb, the "limp" aka Roger, and the Bionic Eye, really had fun up there awaiting your arrival at each check point. You're a stud bro!
That may be the new look after you've gutted out some tough runs. I still remember Mike using the "this is fun" words as he finished up at Mac. There definitely appears to be a skewed view of fun, exhaustion, pain, and feelings of accomplishement in our running team. The odd thing is I can identify with it and the overall experience. Seeing Mike, William, Gene, and Eric going through the trials of training to get to and finish raceday and after makes the whole experience more rewarding. Thanks for letting me be a part of the journey.
