Please, please, please go under 20 and a half... Block 15 is calling us... Good luck and run well my friend. You are going to be lugging many of us on your back the whole race. I hope you kick that courses a$$.

Run well, Mike. Just remember at mile 80....it is as simple as putting one foot in front of the other.
Mike, hope you have a great run. I shall return your great advice to me and say "run fast, run smart". What a great adventure no matter the results, but kick that course in the rump.
Congrats Mike! Can't wait to hear about the last few hours.
Rest well, and make your kids practice saying "So... MY Daddy can run 100 miles in ONE DAY!"
